Transshipment;
Container sea freight.
We are also into used container sales/leasing,warehousing,distribution,trucking,customs clearance services.
To learn more about our other logistics sectors other than China-Europe Railway Express services, pls visit our home website: www.hltnb.com.
How good is H&T?
What customers say about H&T?
VERSHOLD (TESCO key supplier)："Thank you for your help. Finally we made it before the deadline and TESCO Poland is satisfied." --We picked up 14 containers of promotion goods from their factory in Linyi,China and shipped on China-Europe Railway Express from Wuhan to Poland, which arrived 12 days later at Malaszewicze Station. Up to 65% costs were saved compared to airfreight.
Pekka, buyer from Finland:"I purchase directly from Chinese factories and H&T arranges air/railway shipments for me from different locations in China all the way to my city. Not a single time H&T ever let me down. As a matter of fact, I have never met H&T people face to face before I gave them my first shipment! This is amazing! I trust them and they never try to take advantage of this."
Why H&T?
There are so many logistics & freight forwarding companies in the market, in Ningbo alone you can fine more than 1,000. Then why H&T is a better choice? The answer is: not each logistics company which has a fancy website is reliable but in H&T you can find an honest logistics supplier thanks to its 19 years of brand history and nationwide network. The logistics market is exciting in China, but it's also problematic. There are quite a few bad people in it, making all kinds of tricks and trying to take advantage of overseas buyers who have not visited their office in China--anyway, if they have a fancy website, who knows that they have only 1-2 employees and don't even have a fixed office site? Such so-called logistics companies have very little expenses and they are willing to offer super-low rates, but they are not capable of answering to any sorts of claims in case of accidents. Moreover, some even blackmail overseas buyers with the Bill of Ladings in their possession. Beware of such companies!
In contrast, H&T group has 300 plus employees and 15 plus own offices nationwide. H&T Ningbo has 32 employees, most of who have 8 years or above working experiences in this industry. It's reported the average lifespan of Chinese companies is just 2.5 years but we have established our office in Ningbo for more than 13 years since being just a branch of the headquarter. All these facts explain why we extinguish ourselves from many competitors.train china europe by container to poland suppliers
What immediate threat did Jesus pose to Rome?

Contemplating the popularity of the Incarnate Christ, the leaders of the Jews feared that, if they took no action to oppose Jesus, "...all men will believe on him, and the Romans shall come and take away both our place and nation," John 11:48.

Understandably, the teaching of Jesus posed a threat to the dominance of Talmudic Judaism within Incarnation-era Remnant of Israel. And in the long term, the Kingdom of Heaven is destined to break in pieces and consume all of the kingdoms of men, Daniel 2:28-45.

But, considering teaching such as "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's," how did Jesus and his teaching pose to Rome an immediate threat such that (at least in the eyes of the leaders of the Jews) Rome would depose the leaders of the Jews and dissolve the national entity comprised of the tiny (albeit troublesome) post-captivity remnant of Israel?

Who is going to live on the New Earth?

The Protestant Pulpit teaches that the reward of the Saved is to be wafted to Heaven upon death, there to live forever after. And, primarily on the basis of II\,Peter 3:7--13 and Revelation 21:1, the Protestant Pulpit claims that the Heavens (which is to say, the Universe) and the Earth are to be destroyed and replaced with new Heavens and a new Earth. Now, if the destiny of the Saved is everlasting residence in Heaven, of what function is the supposed new Heavens and new Earth? Who is going to live on the New Earth?

Answered: How long was Jesus in the tomb?

In many cultures, a day is not always a 24-hour day. For example, in English we say that "this happened in the day of my grandfather." We also say, "It will take you a day to get to your destination" without meaning "exactly 24 hours." Also, "day" actually means 12 hours as the other 12 are a night.
In Jewish times, a day could also mean "a portion of a day." Let's see an example: In the days of Rehoboam, successor of Solomon to the throne of Israel, some representatives of the people headed by Jeroboam submitted a request. Rehoboam asked Jeroboam to go away for three days and then come back for the answer. (1 Kings 12:5) Did the people come back AFTER the three days? No. The account says they came back "the third day." (verse 12) Actually, this same verse 12 says that they came back because the king had said "come back the third day". But the king had said they should go for three days and come back AFTER. So we either have a contradiction or we understand that they understood the third day as being only a portion.
Again, the Jewish priests asked that Jesus' tomb be made secure until the third day because Jesus had said he would die and after three days he would rise from the dead. If they had understood it as we do now, the tomb should have been secured the fourth day.
So Jesus would be in the tomb for one full day and a portion of the first day and a portion of the third day.

Before we count the days, let's mention a few necessary facts.
(1) The Jewish Passover was celebrated on the 14th of Nisan. It could fall on any day of the week.
(2) The next day was always considered a Sabbath. (Leviticus 23:5-7)
(3) When the day after the Passover and the weekly Sabbath fell on the same day, that day was called "high" (King James) or "great" day. (John19:31)
(4) The day before the Sabbath was called "Preparation day". The other days only had numbers.
(5) Jesus died on the Passover day and the next day would be "a great Sabbath" according to John.
(6) The Jewish way in Jesus' time was to divide the daylight into 12 hours starting at around 6am. (John 11:9)
(7) The Jewish day started at dusk and ended at the next dusk.

Now, let's count the days of Jesus' death account.
1. Our Thursday:
At 6pm the Passover day and the Preparation day start. Around midnight the Passover lamb is eaten and then Jesus is arrested. He is interrogated all night and around our 11 o'clock in the morning he is nailed to the cross. Luke 23:44 mentions hour 6 and hour 9 (Jewish count). Hour 6, counting from our 6pm, corresponds to our 12 noon. Darkness falls. Hour 9, or our 3pm is Jesus death. The next Jewish day (Sabbath) would start at our 6pm. So we have a portion of 3 hours of the FIRST DAY. Sabbath starts at 6pm.
2. Our Friday:
Sabbath continues and Jesus is in his tomb. All is quiet; it is Sabbath. At our 6pm Sabbath ends and the first of the week starts. The SECOND DAY ended. It is dark, so nobody goes to the graves.
3. Our Sunday:
Early in the morning some women go to the tomb to attend to Jesus' body only to find that he had risen from the dead. (Luke 24:1) So we have a few hours of the THIRD DAY.

This way, Jesus was three days dead, which was actually a full day and two portions of days.

In the different accounts around Jesus' death, there are some apparent descrepancies or contradictions. There are explanations for all of them. But they should be dealt with as separate questions.

Answered: How many words in the Geneva Bible

I presume that you mean the word count, as opposed to the size of the vocabulary.

What significance do you attach to the word count of a translation of the Scripture? And for that matter, what significance do you attach to the word count of a Greek critical edition?

Keep in mind that a number of counterfeit documents are bound into most English editions of the Bible, including the Geneva. These forgeries include the Book of Esther, the Book of James, the Book of Revelation, the Book of 2 Peter, and the Book of Jude. Also some English editions include a collection of non-canonical documents, which collection is termed "The Apocrypha".

It is likely that someone has made the count and has posted the count on the Web, particularly now that most translations have been published in machine-readable form; if so, you can find the count with a search engine.

P.S. The word count for the King James Version is roughly 750,000. The count for the Geneva should be roughly the same.

Answered: what manuscript is the Nestle 1904 copied from

Why do you mention "Nestle 1904"? Nestle did not "copy" any manuscript. Nestle is one of several scholars who has inspected the existing manuscripts and fragments of manuscripts and from that research has compiled that which he believes to be the most accurate representation of the originals.

Your difficulty appears to be with the English translation of a Greek grammatical construct involving HOUDE and EI. You should obtain an introductory Greek grammar and study this matter for yourself.

But you are focusing upon the forest and are not seeing the trees. For the purpose of the Incarnation, Jesus laid aside the attributes of deity, Philippians 2:5-8. During the Incarnation, Jesus functioned as did the Prophets of old, having benefit of the Spirit of God; accordingly, Jesus titled himself the "Son of Man." In Mark 13, Jesus is foretelling the cataclysm surrounding the A.D. 70 destruction of Jerusalem. That cataclysm was a "coming" or "visitation" for the purpose of judgment. In A.D. 70, Jesus himself, resurrected and glorified, returned to execute judgment upon the Remnant of Israel which would not submit to his rule. The parables of Jesus portray the situation; in particular, the parable of Luke 19:11-28 portrays the subjects who would not be governed by the nobleman and their destruction once the nobleman was seated as king.

The precise time at which judgment would fall was known to God the Father alone. Having laid aside the attributes of deity to become man, Jesus himself did not know the time, though in resurrection he would be the one executing upon the physical nation of Israel the sentence of death.

Even in the King James Version, the meaning of Mark 13:32 is clear, except that the use of the word "but" implies "but only" or "with the exception of"; thus, the verse reads:

"But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but ONLY the Father."

Answered: ...when that which is perfect... when that which is in part...

The phrases in question have to do with the Canon of Scripture. The term "that which is in part" refers to Scripture penned prior to the Incarnation; the term "that which is perfect" refers to the Scripture penned subsequent to the Incarnation. Protestants call the former the "Old Testament" and the latter the "New Testament"; but those designations are incorrect and misleading.

The fledgling Church, operating under the New Covenant, had need of information and instruction which had not yet been written and incorporated into the Canon of Scripture. There appear to have been four channels through which this vital information was supplied.

FIRST. The apostles constituted the primary source of information and instruction. The best example of this is Paul, whose letters form a large portion of the documents added to the existing Canon.

SECOND. Individuals having the spiritual gift of Tongues were given utterance by the Spirit of God. But the local assembly could not benefit from this utterance unless a translator was present while the utterance was in progress.

THIRD. Individuals having the spiritual gift of Prophecy were given utterance by the Spirit of God. In primary meaning, the terms prophet and cognates (prophecy, prophesy) have to do with "telling forth," in the sense of exhortation or rebuke. Many of the exhortations delivered by the prophets of old included the foretelling of events which then were yet to come. However, the Scripture records at least two instances in which, in the present era of the New Covenant, a prophet did foretell future events, Acts 11:28, Acts 21:10-11.

FOURTH. The spiritual gift of Knowledge appears to have been a rather comprehensive understanding of the Scripture, the insight being imparted apart from intensive study. Consider the plight of a new local assembly comprised of "Gentiles" having limited understanding of the Scripture, yet having immediate need to understand many things. Years of study of the Scripture were impossible. However, it would have been necessary that the gift of Knowledge be imparted to only one member of the assembly, who then could teach the other members of the assembly.

In the passage in view, I Corinthians chapter 13, Paul is correcting the Corinthians regarding their view of the spiritual gift of Tongues. The Corinthians assigned prestige to the gift, assuming that the gift was associated with spiritual status, and that the more one spoke in tongues, the more lofty his status.

Paul declares that the gift of Tongues, along with the gift of Prophecy and the gift of Knowledge, were temporary measures which would be discontinued once the Canon of Scripture was completed. The Greek term TELEIOS means mature, complete, without lack; the English term "perfect" has the same meaning, but English speakers typically misconstrue the Scriptural concept of perfection. Thus, upon completion of the Canon ("when that which is perfect is come"), the gifts of Tongues, Prophecy, and Knowledge ceased ("then that which is in part shall be done away").

Though there is no record regarding the actual date at Canon was completed, it is certain that no Scripture was penned subsequent to the death of the last surviving Apostle.

How is the death of Adam to be explained?

What is the proper reconciliation of Genesis 2:17 with the passages of the Scripture (including Genesis 5:3-5) which chronicle the fact that Adam was active, even siring sons and daughters, subsequent to his expulsion from the Garden? In consideration of Genesis 2:7 and Genesis 3:17-19, can the death prescribed by Genesis 2:17 be anything other than literal, physical death leading to decomposition (the return to dust)?

What is the "body of Moses"?

According to Deuteronomy 34:5-6, the Lord God himself buried Moses. However, the Book of Jude claims that Michael the archangel "contended with the devil" about the body of Moses.

How is this apparent discrepancy to be explained? Does the term "the body of Moses" refer to the physical nation of Israel, contrasting the physical nation under the Old Covenant with the "body of Christ", which is the spiritual nation under the New Covenant? Consider:

= Paul speaks of Israel being "baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea", 1 Corinthians 10:1-4.

= The concept of baptism portrays and means "association" or "unity". It was the Lord God to whom Israel was united under the Old Covenant, which was a covenant of marriage, but the law which governed the marriage relationship was the Law of Moses.

= The Lord, in the theophany of a column of smoke or cloud by day and a column of flame by night, remained with the Children of Israel from their exodus from Egypt until their entry into the Land of Promise.

= The term "devil" means simply "adversary".

Answered: When does the day begin?

Astronomically, there is but one epoch which may be determined with precision; that is the instant of transit. A heavenly body, be it the Sun, the Moon, a planet, or a star, is said to be "in transit" when it is at the longitude of the observer, which is to say, when the heavenly body is at its highest point in the sky. Thus, the Sun is in transit at high noon.

Sunset and sunrise vary with the local terrain. The moment of sunrise or sunset may be measured with accuracy only by an observer on the ocean who has an unobstructed view of the horizon; even then, refraction phenomena render the measurement somewhat imprecise.

By definition, evening begins with the setting of the sun, and the sun begins setting at high noon. Morning begins with the rising of the sun; thus, morning begins twelve hours after evening, at midnight. A day is comprised of an evening followed by a morning.

The Lord God, who is characterized by light, began his work of creation with the command, "Let there be light." Likewise, the work of each day of creation began at high noon, the evening preceding the morning.

Answered: once saved always saved

Regarding the oft-heard slogan, "Once Saved, Always Saved":

The Scripture uses the term "salvation" to mean the entire process involved in the Way of Life. The process begins with Justification by faith, necessitates Sanctification, and culminates in Resurrection; which is to say that Salvation is a process.

Those who have entered the Way of Life and are persisting in the pursuit of Sanctification are in the process of being saved. However, not everyone who enters the Way of Life perseveres in the Way unto the end, which is death.

A man cannot lose that which he does not possess. No man possesses Salvation until the day of the Resurrection; and once resurrected, a man cannot lose his Salvation. But at the present time, no one other than Christ Jesus has been resurrected from the dead, so no man has attained the status "once saved".

Moreover, the Resurrection is the process of birth of which Jesus spoke with Nicodemus, John 3:1-10. Resurrection is not simply re-animation; resurrection is a transformation whereby the mortal and corruptible creature of the Natural Realm is changed into an immortal and incorruptible being of the Spirit Realm. Not until the Resurrection may anyone rightly say that he has been "born again". At the present time, Christ Jesus alone has been born again; Jesus is the firstborn out from the dead, Colossians 1:18.

Answered: Where can I find that In study that Hebrews 8: 10 refers to the house of Israel as Christians?

A: The Greek Emphatic Diaglott is an English translation of the portion of the Scripture which commonly (albeit incorrectly) is termed the "New Testament". The term "diaglott" means that the Scripture is presented in two languages, in a single volume; the Greek original appears side-by-side with the English translation. The assertion to which you refer is the opinion of the translator, or perhaps that of the editor or publisher of the volume; it is almost correct, but not quite.

I. Consider the passage in its entirety:

"But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises. For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord. For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: and they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more. In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away." -- Hebrews 8:6-13

The author of the epistle to the Hebrews cites Jeremiah 31:31-34:

"Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the Lord: but this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more."

Both passages speak of the New Covenant, which is a covenant made by the Lord God with the nation of Israel as a whole, which is to say, with all thirteen tribes. The appellation, "the House of Israel" refers to the Northern Kingdom, comprised of ten tribes; the appellation, "the House of Judah" refers to the Southern Kingdom, comprised of three tribes. The claims of the contemporary Protestant Pulpit notwithstanding, the contemporary Jewish state is not in view in this passage, nor is it in view in any other passage of the Scripture; the contemporary Jewish state simply has no Scriptural legitimacy.

Jeremiah wrote circa 586 B.C., as the Chaldean army of Nebuchadnezzar, having surrounded Jerusalem, was demanding surrender of the city. When the city fell, the survivors of the siege were deported to Babylon, there to spend seventy years in captivity. More than a century and a half prior to the prophecy of Jeremiah, the nation of Israel had been divided into a Southern Kingdom comprised of the tribes of Judah, Benjamin, and Levi, and a Northern Kingdom comprised of the remaining ten tribes. Despite the division, both kingdoms remained in covenantal relationship with the Lord God under the Old Covenant. Not long after the division, the Northern Kingdom gave herself over to idolatry, for which cause she lost covenantal relationship. Subsequently, circa 721 B.C., the Assyrians invaded and carried away captive the tribes of the Northern Kingdom; those tribes never were to return to the Land of Promise.

The prophecy of Jeremiah concerning the New Covenant has in view other prophecies, such as that of Hosea, which foretell a regathering of the descendants of the divided nation, a reunification of the divided nation under one king, and an attendant restoration to covenantal relationship. This regathering began two thousand years ago, with the sermon of Peter on the Day of Pentecost; the regathering shall continue until the moment of the Resurrection. The king under which the nation is reunited is Jesus, the Christ, the Son of David. The covenant which embraces the Regathered of Israel is the New Covenant. The entity into which Israel is regathered is termed the EKKLESIA, which is a Greek word meaning an assembly of the called-out. The King James Version uses the English word "church" to translate EKKLESIA.

II. The following is a brief explanation of the relationship between Israel and the Church:

(1) The Old Covenant and the elements of the Old Covenant, including the Law of Moses, were but temporary. The Old Covenant, being a national covenant perpetuated from generation to generation with the line Abraham-Isaac-Jacob, provided benefit on the basis of physical birth, irrespective of justification.

(2) As is the case with any covenant, death terminated covenantal relationship under the Old Covenant. Moreover, inasmuch as only the Justified have the promise of resurrection to Life Everlasting, the Old Covenant could not provide benefit beyond the grave.

(3) Both the Old Covenant and the physical nation of Israel by design were temporary; each was but a shadow of a corresponding everlasting reality; but the New Covenant could not be realized apart from the death of Christ Jesus in the role of Covenant Sacrifice, Hebrews 9:16-17.

(4) Reality lies in the Spirit Realm, and not in the Natural Realm, II Corinthians 4:18, Hebrews 11:1-3. The things of the Natural Realm have an end; the things of the Spirit Realm are everlasting. The Old Covenant, which is termed "the Letter", pertains to the Natural Realm. The New Covenant, which is termed "the Spirit", pertains to the Spirit Realm.

(5) Inasmuch as the New Covenant is an everlasting covenant, those who are partakers of the New Covenant must live for evermore; this is the necessity for which the Justified are resurrected to Life Everlasting.

(6) Both the Justified who enjoyed covenantal relationship with the Lord God under the Old Covenant and the Justified who lived prior to the Old Covenant, understood the inevitability of physical death, and thus anticipated resurrection to life everlasting; clear testimony to this fact is found in Job 19:26 and in the 11th chapter of the Epistle to the Hebrews. He who has been justified by faith and is walking in the Way of Life is confident that he shall receive those things which the Lord God has promised him, and that death cannot nullify the promise nor prevent receipt of that which has been promised. Indeed, his confidence in the word of the Lord is such that he requires of the Lord no explicit assurance concerning resurrection to Life Everlasting; consider Hebrews 11:17-19. To die in faith is to die with the expectation of being awakened from death, Hebrews 11:13.

(7) Participation in the New Covenant is limited to those who have been justified by faith; they and they alone have the promise of resurrection to Life Everlasting.

(8) When Paul declares that "they are not all Israel, which are of Israel", Romans 9:6, and when Paul uses the appellation, "the Israel of God", Galatians 6:16, he is speaking of the fact that the Lord God views as true Israelites only such of the physical line Abraham-Isaac-Jacob as are justified by faith.

(9) The Protestant concept termed "Replacement Theology" is in conflict with the truth declared by Romans 9:6 and Galatians 6:16. According to Replacement Theology, the Church takes the place of Israel and becomes the recipient of the promises which the Lord God made to Abraham and to Israel. The truth of the matter is that there is that the Church does not replace Israel, for the Church IS Israel, being drawn exclusively from the physical line Abraham-Isaac-Jacob. To be precise, the Justified of Israel constitute the Church. A fact of which many students of the Scripture lose sight is that the promises which the Lord made to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob pertain only to the Justified of Israel. Thus, Israel -- and not another entity -- is the recipient of everything which the Lord God promised Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

(10) All of the justified, irrespective of historical epoch, are made partakers of the New Covenant. The justified include Adam and the Woman, Abel, Seth, Noah, Shem, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, all of the Justified of Israel of the previous era, and all of the justified who live in the present Christian era.

(11) Protestant Theology accords to the so-called "Old-Testament Saints" a resurrection status which is inferior to the status of the "Christian". But that teaching is false. The Justified or Redeemed constitute a single body, namely, the figurative Body of the Christ; in that body there is no division. All of the justified who have died, irrespective of historical epoch, today lie in the grave, awaiting resurrection. In the Resurrection, all shall be raised together, and all ever more shall be with the Lord Christ.

III. Theologians generally, together with most students of the Scripture, fail to discern that the great covenant between the Lord God and Abraham recorded in the 15th chapter of Genesis is none other than the New Covenant; consider the third chapter of Galatians. However, the covenant sacrifice prepared by Abram could not ratify the New Covenant, for it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins, Hebrews 10:4. Rather, the sacrifice prepared by Abraham foreshadowed the death of Christ Jesus in the role of Covenant Sacrifice.

In the day of Abraham, a solemn covenant was ratified by a ceremony in which the parties to the covenant sacrificed animals of great value. The weight or import of the covenant was reflected by the value of the Covenant Sacrifice; consider I Peter 1:18-19. The carcasses of the animals were divided, so that the parties to the covenant might walk together between the pieces of the sacrifice, thereby declaring one to another and to witnesses, "Should I violate this covenant, may I likewise be slain and my carcass divided."

Prior to the ceremony, the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Abraham, the consequence being that the Lord God alone, taking the form of a pillar of cloud and a pillar of fire, walked between the pieces of the sacrifice. By proceeding alone, rather than in the company of Abraham, the Lord God made with Abram an unconditional covenant which imposed no demand upon Abram. In the same manifestation -- a column of cloud by day and a column of fire by night -- the Lord accompanied the Children of Israel during the forty years of wilderness sojourn.

Actual ratification of the New Covenant did not occur until the death of Jesus the Christ, Hebrews 9:15-17. The King James Version bungles the translation of Hebrews chapter 9, incorrectly rendering the Greek DIATHEKE as "testament" and DIATITHEMAI as "testator". In the epistle to the Hebrews, DIATHEKE has the meaning "covenant", and DIATITHEMAI has the meaning "covenant sacrifice".

Answered: Why did Christ perform miracles on the Sabbath? Give two examples.

For my guess or interpretation, (Mark 2:16vs27) Jesus said the Sabbath was made for the good of human beings, they were not made for Sabbath.

Jesus performs healings on Sabbath coz he points Sabbath as a good deeds to human beings, Sabbath was meant to help people for the good of people. (JOHN 7: 28vs23) relating to Sabbath after Jesus said "do not judge by the appearance, but according to what is right". Jesus clearly states that Sabbath is for doing the righteous. Doing the right thing. Healing on the sabbath is doing good, the meaning speaks greater good than of the appearance.
After all I believe Jesus is more Holy than Sabbath. When you believe and follower Jesus, Sabbaths autofits inline with coz ( Mark 2:16vs28) Son of man is lord, even of the sabbath. So I'll solely say Jesus fullfils the 10 commandments. Why? Because if you believe in Jesus and follow his ways, the 10 commandments automatically falls in his way of righteousness.

Answered: Brackets in translation

In some interlinear translations, the English words which correspond to a series of Greek words are typeset in the same order as the Greek words they represent. However, because English syntax (which is to say, the proper arrangement of words in a English sentence) differs markedly from Greek syntax, the transliteration may not, at first glance, make sense.

For this reason, the translator of the interlinear Bible often numbers the English words corresponding to a Greek phrase, in order to indicate to the reader the sequence in which the English words should appear in a proper English syntax. The translator then uses square brackets to enclose the series of numbered English words, to indicate that the words constitute a single phrase. Such indication is essential when a single Greek sentence contains several phrases which require such numbering of the words of the English translation. Accordingly, several pairs of square brackets may appear in the translation of a single Greek sentence.

In the translation and passage to which you refer, there are four sets of brackets, the first being:

ton tes pisteos archenon kai teleioten iesoun

[2the 6of the 7belief 3head 4and 5perfection 1jesus]

Answered: Will people live as long during the end times as they did before the flood?

Consider Isaiah 65:17-25, which speaks of a historical era of a new "heavens", which means a new government, and a new "earth", which means a new social order. This passage portrays mortal life on the earth subsequent to the Resurrection.

In the Resurrection, the Justified are raised from the dead and transformed from mortal, corruptible creatures of the Natural Realm into immortal, incorruptible spirit beings. The Resurrection is the process of spiritual birth, whereby the Justified are born into the family of God as Sons. These Sons populate the offices of the Kingdom of Heaven, John 14:2; they are the officials who, under the King, Christ Jesus, govern the Earth forevermore.

Following the Resurrection, mortal life continues on earth, in the cycle of birth, growth, labour, reproduction, and death. However, because of proper government, the quality of life is improved greatly. Men no longer fear crime or the oppression of Caesar; warfare is unknown; pollution is not tolerated; many dangers are eliminated. Consequently the lifespan of mortals increases greatly.

In the King James Version, Isaiah 65:20 reads, "There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed."

The verse is saying that death in infancy is unknown, and that men typically live to what may be termed "a ripe old age". A man dying at the age of a hundred years is considered but a child, his death being the consequence of sinfulness. The implication of all this is that a man who lives an upright life may expect a lifespan on the order of a thousand years.

Why was it necessary for Christ Jesus to be born of a virgin?

Consider several facts:

(1) The Prophecy of Isaiah declared that the Christ would be born of a virgin.

(2) The Gospel Accounts testify that Christ Jesus was born of a virgin.

(3) The Scripture repeatedly speaks of the Christ as the Son of David, and that the Son of David would rule, seated upon the Throne of David.

(4) The Scripture testifies to the fact that the Throne or Dynasty of David fell, circa 586 B.C.

(5) The Scripture states that, at the time of the Incarnation, the fallen Dynasty of David had not been revived.

(6) The genealogy recorded in the Gospel Account of Matthew establishes the fact that Joseph, the legal father of Jesus, was heir to the Throne of David.

The Protestant Pulpit teaches that the virgin birth was necessary for Jesus to be free of sin, because the Sin Nature is transmitted genetically, through the sperm of the father, and that man is a sinner because he has a Sin Nature. But that teaching is Talmudic Jewish myth.

The Scripture declares the reason for which the virgin birth was absolutely necessary; that reason has nothing whatsoever to do with the Protestant concept of "Sin Nature". What, then, according to the Scripture, is the necessity for the virgin birth?

Inasmuch as we know virtually nothing regarding the Ancient Hebrew language, the Christian should refuse to discuss the meaning of Hebrew words and the reading of the Masoretic Hebrew Text. The Masoretic Hebrew Text obviously and indisputably is a forgery which has absolutely no value to the Christian. No truth can be established by appeal to the Hebrew.

The Hand of the Lord brought about translation of the Ancient Hebrew Canon into the Koine dialect of Greek. Christ Jesus and the apostles authenticated the translation, which today has been preserved in the volume known as the Septuagint. Not every document bound into the Septuagint is authentic Scripture, but all authentic Scripture penned prior to the Incarnation is found within the Septuagint. With that understanding, it may be said that the collection of documents which comprise the Septuagint stand in the present day as the sole and authentic Canon of Scripture.

Answered: I've already made you a question and i didn't have any answer.

The concept of "sacred" or "holy" names for the Lord God originates in Talmudic Judaism; it is a mystical concept which is not Christian.

Mysticism plays a large role in Talmudism, which is to say, Talmudic Judaism. Some suppose that the efficacy of prayer and praise depends upon correct pronunciation of the so-called "sacred name". And one legend has it that the Talmudic Jew considered the "sacred name" too sacred to pronounce or write, so he substituted the term "Adonai", which supposedly has the same Ancient Hebrew consonants as does the "sacred name". But the concept of a name too sacred to pronounce or write is absurd; and the legend fails to explain how knowledge of a name too sacred to pronounce or write was transmitted from one generation of Israelite to the next.

There is no general agreement as to the spelling or pronunciation of the sacred name, and opinion changes from one generation to the next and from one ethnicity to another. Just within the English-speaking populace of the world, there have been numerous variants of spelling and pronunciation. At one time, "Jehovah" was in vogue; more recently, the fashion is for "Yahweh". "Yahoo" is another of the many variants.

But all such variants have to do with the Hebrew language, which today survives only in the form of the Masoretic Hebrew Text, which is a forgery of the Ancient Hebrew Text. Today there is no extant manuscript of Scripture written in Ancient Hebrew; all Scripture which has survived to the present day is written in the Koine dialect of Greek.

The portion of the Scripture which the Protestant erroneously calls the "Old Testament" has been preserved in a translation known as the Septuagint, which also is called by the Roman numerals "LXX" meaning "Seventy". The translation was made a century or more in advance of the birth of Christ Jesus. The Ancient Hebrew Text appears to have perished in the A.D. 70 destruction of Jerusalem. The Masoretic Hebrew Text, from which the "Old Testament" of virtually every English Bible has been translated, did not make its appearance until the Fifteenth Century of the present Christian era.

When Jesus and the Apostles cite the Scripture, their citations typically agree with the reading of the Septuagint and typically disagree with the reading of the Masoretic Hebrew Text. Thus, the citations of Jesus and the Apostles (1) authenticate the Septuagint as the official Canon of Scripture and (2) demonstrate the Masoretic Hebrew Text to be forgery and counterfeit of the Ancient Hebrew Text.

Obviously, the so-called "sacred name", being Hebrew, does not appear in the Greek text of the Septuagint. The Scripture has many descriptive names for the Lord, one example being "the Many-Breasted One", which speaks of the ability of the Lord to provide nourishment for his own, even as a mother provides nourishment for her babe. Another descriptive term is "I Am that I Am", which has the connotation, "the Self-Existing One". But a descriptive name is not a mystical name. The notion that the Lord God has a "sacred name" appears to be without basis.

As to the knowledge of the Incarnate Christ regarding the "sacred name": In order to become a man, Jesus laid aside the attributes of deity, Philippians 2:5-8; the implications are staggering, and are ill-appreciated by the Protestant. The incarnate Christ Jesus was not omniscient; it was through study of the Scripture, with the enlightenment of the Spirit of God, that Jesus learned of his own identity as the Word which became flesh, John 1:14. The Protestant concept of Hypostatic Union is not taught by the Scripture. When Jesus prayed to the Lord God, he addressed him as "Father", as recorded in the account of John chapter 17; this is in keeping with the traditional form of address by a child to his father.

Finally, you should note that (1) This is an open forum in which you are participating without charge, and you are NOT entitled to a reply to your questions. (2) This is forum is conducted in the English language, so a reply in Portuguese would be of no value to the rest of the participants.

Answered: Different types of faith

Hebrews 11:1 defines faith, saying, "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." The passage proceeds to cite Scriptural accounts of instances of faith.

I. The Faith which is enjoined in the Scripture is confidence in the word of the Lord God. The Scripture repeatedly cites the faith of Abraham as the exemplar of faith. Not until Abraham and Sarah were hopelessly past the physiological point of reproductive ability, did the Lord God promise Abraham that his seed would be in number as the stars of the heaven, Genesis 15:1-6. Abraham had confidence in the promise of the Lord God, and for that reason the Lord reckoned Abraham righteous.

It is the good pleasure of the Lord God to grant justification to those who place confidence in his word. And to place confidence in the word of the Lord is to place confidence in the Lord himself; consider Psalm 138:2. Abraham was justified, not because he "accepted Jesus as his personal saviour," but, rather, because Abraham had confidence in the promise of the Lord regarding progeny.

Consider Hebrews 11:6, which explains, "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."

The one who diligently seeks the Lord is led by the Lord to the Scripture, from which he learns how to enter the Way of Life. Once in the Way, he seeks the Lord through the pursuit of sanctification. If he persists in the Way, he shall be born again, by the Resurrection, becoming a member of the family of God -- one of many Sons, Hebrews 2:10-13. The Lord does not welcome into his family any save those who trust him and diligently pursue relationship with him.

Our understanding of the Scripture has been impeded greatly by the slipshod contemporary usage of the English words faith, hope, and belief. Faith is not unfounded expectation that somehow something shall come to pass. Hope is not desire. Belief is not notion based on hearsay. In actuality, faith, hope, and belief are synonymous with confidence and trust; each of these words has the same essential meaning, namely, expectation founded upon a trustworthy basis.

The promises and declarations of the Lord are sure. The Lord God has the ability to do all that he has said that he shall do, and the Lord is faithful to his word. Accordingly, faith is an attitude of mind or certainty which views as tantamount to reality that which is promised by the Lord God. Consider Romans 4:17, "(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were."

And, indeed, the things promised which lie in the future, though not yet extant, together with the things of the Realm of the Spirit, though invisible, have a reality which transcends that of the things of the Natural Realm which are extant, visible, and tangible. Consider Hebrews 11:3, "Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear," and II Corinthians 4:18, "While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal."

II. All that said, there are degrees of faith. The faith of some is strong; the faith of some is weak. The stronger the faith, the greater the accomplishment possible in the exercise of faith; consider Matthew 9:27-31, Mark 9:17-29, Matthew 6:24-34, Matthew 8:23-27, Matthew 14:24-32, Matthew 16:5-11, Matthew 17:14-21, Matthew 21:21, Luke 12:15-34. Romans 4:17-21, I Corinthians 13:2.

Answered: Concordant Version

I. The Concordant Literal Translation has relatively little merit, for it is based upon the assumption that a word properly has only one meaning, at least in the context of the Scripture. But the assumption flies in the face of reality; in the daily communication of virtually every man are to be found words to which different meanings are applied.

The translator of the Concordant Literal appears oblivious to the most fundamental rule of communication, namely, that the meaning of a word is determined by the context in which the word is used. Accordingly, the only way to determine the meaning assigned to a particular word by the author or speaker is to inspect the context.

II. Nonetheless, it generally is the case that a given word is assigned the same meaning by all members of a community, and it generally is the case that a given word is assigned the same meaning by every communication.

However, there are many exceptions; consider, for example, the terms "spirit" and "law", each of which has multiple meanings. Indeed, the seventh chapter of the epistle of Paul to the Romans makes a mockery of the concept upon which the Concordant Literal Translation is based, for with almost every use of the word "law" (Greek, NOMOS) the Apostle is speaking of a different entity.

III. A closely-related matter is the dependence of a translation upon the theology of the translator. In translating the Scripture from Greek to English, the translator must ascertain the meaning of each Greek word from the context in the which the word appears, and he must choose a English word which conveys the same meaning. But the understanding of the context is a function of the theology of the translator.

The translation produced by a man who has embraced the concepts of the Godhead as a mystical triune, rebellion in the angelic realm, man as an immortal soul, and everlasting torture of the wicked is going to differ significantly from the translation of a man whose theology views the Godhead as a family consisting of Father and Son, angels as virtuous and unfailingly obedient slaves, man as a chemical organism animated by a divinely-imparted spirit, and the fate of the wicked as annihilation.

Consequently, no translation of the Scripture can be neutral with respect to theology; every translation reflects the theology of the translator.

Answered: Where is the concept of humble used in James 4:10 and when is the message given?

That which you are asking with "where" and "when" is not clear.

Nonetheless, no Christian should attempt to follow the teaching of the Book of James. The book is a primer (an introduction) in Talmudic reasoning.

James was not an apostle; rather, James was a subvertor of the Christian Faith, an enemy of the Church, and the primary adversary of the Apostle Paul.

James contradicts Moses and Paul regarding the justification of Abraham, for James has in view the Talmudic concept of justification, in which justification is the state in which the good in man (generated by works) outweighs the evil in man.

The book of James has no rightful place in the Canon of Scripture.

Answered: which book of the bible should i start reading as a new beginner

The Gospel accounts commonly are recommended as a starting point. The Gospel Account of Luke, together with the Book of Acts (also written by Luke) were penned as a chronological introduction to the end-time fulfillment of the prophecies of the Scripture having to do with the Incarnation. The Gospel Account commonly attributed to John (in actuality, the Gospel Account of Lazarus) views the Incarnation from another standpoint.

However, the Gospel accounts assume a basic familiarity with the Scripture, and that familiarity is difficult to gain without benefit of an instructor. The Lord, Christ Jesus, has provided men with the gift of Shepherd to guard and guide and feed the sheep.

As is the case with most fields of understanding, apprehension of the Scripture is regenerative in nature: the greater your familiarity with the Scripture as a whole, the deeper your understanding of a particular passage. The Scripture is like a giant jigsaw puzzle; the greater your familiarity with the pieces, the more rapidly you are going to be able to fit them together.

For the Scripture, one of the greatest aids to familiarization is an audio recording. Alexander Scourby, a legendary narrator, years ago narrated the Bible for publication by Reading for the Blind. Scourby recorded only the King James Version, which is far from the best translation; but Scourby has a voice to which one can listen for hours on end without growing weary of the sound. Narration of the English Bible requires roughly sixty to seventy hours.

With the Bible available in the form of mp3 files and the availability of inexpensive battery-powered devices (including many cellular phones) which can playback mp3 files through the radio of an automobile, you can make it a habit to listen to the Bible whenever you are in the car for more than a short trip. Listening during the commute to work -- one hour a day, five days a week -- takes you through the Bible four times a year.

You are not going to know by heart the "lay of the land" until you have listened to a reading of the complete Bible a dozen times. Eventually you are going to reach the point at which, listening to a passage in the Book of Romans, you recall hearing something similar in the Prophecy of Isaiah or in the Prophecy of Hosea. From that point onward, you begin seeing correlations to which other students of the Scripture are blind, correspondences which even devout and respected commentators have failed to notice. You begin viewing the Scripture as having a single message, which is repeated in many ways and from multiple perspectives, rather than a multiplicity of unrelated messages.

And you need to become familiar with the entirely of the Scripture. One prominent contemporary preacher is unashamed to admit that, during his fifty years in the Pulpit, he has taught only the "New Testament"; he stupidly reasons that we live in the age of the New Covenant, and so the "Old Testament" is not applicable. Sadly, the man appears never to have apprehended the declaration of Christ Jesus, that the Scripture is a coherent whole, no part of which may be set aside, John 10:35. And he appears never to have read though the passages of Hosea, Ezekiel, and Isaiah from which Paul constantly is quoting, or the Psalms, which Jesus cites time and time again. The sheep who have been under the care of this man are malnourished, and their understanding of the Scripture is far from complete.

Once you have read through the Book of Psalms a few times, you shall see that the Lord God preserved the Psalms in order that his people might have examples for prayer, and pure and meaningful lyrics with which to worship him. And you are going to have difficulty singing the songs found in the Protestant hymnal, for you shall start noticing the abundance of absurd and nonsensical lyrics, and the frequent contradictions with the Scripture.

Answered: Is Greek also considered Gentiles in Romans 10:12?

Q: Is Greek also considered Gentiles in Romans 10:12?

The short answer is "yes"; in the context of the Scripture, several terms generally are used synonymously; these include "Greek," "Gentile," "nations," "peoples," and "tribes." However, the designations "Greek," "Gentile," "nations," "peoples," and "tribes" generally have in view only the descendants of the physical line Abraham-Isaac-Jacob.

The common notion, that a "Gentile" is anyone, irrespective of race or ethnicity, who is not a "Jew," is false. As always, it is the context which determines the meaning of a word, and in the Scripture the context generally places severe constraints upon the meaning of the Greek word ETHNOS, which English translations render "Gentile," "nations," "peoples," and "tribes," and upon the Greek word ELLEN, which is translated "Greek."

Protestants generally do not understand that virtually all of the Scripture, both the portion which was penned prior to the Incarnation (aka the "Old Testament") and the portion which was penned subsequent to the Incarnation (aka the "New Testament"), concerns and is addressed to the physical line Abraham-Isaac-Jacob; accordingly, the Scripture is written from the perspective of this group. Consequently, members of other ethnic groups and other races may find the Scripture incomprehensible.

A proper understanding of the meanings of the terms "Jew," "Gentile," and "Greek" requires a frame of reference. The following enumeration provides the essential background:

= The Lord God gave Jacob a new name; that name is Israel. Sometimes the Scripture uses the name Jacob; other times, it uses the name Israel.

= Jacob had two wives, Leah and Rachel; each wife had a handmaid, which is a personal slave.

= Jacob begat sons by each wife and by each handmaid. But in the eyes of Jacob, Rachael, and Leah, as well as in the eyes of the Lord God, the sons of the handmaids are of equal status with the sons of the wives.

= Though Americans typically associate the role of slave with the Negro race, such is not the case with the handmaids of Rachel and Leah. In the ancient world, conquered peoples were taken as slaves, and a debtor unable to repay could be forced into servitude as slave of a countryman. In view of:

(1) the "kind after kind" decrees of the Creation Account, which implicitly forbid miscegenation,

(2) the relationship between the Lord God and Abraham, Isaiah 41:8,

(3) the fact that Leah as well as Rachel utilized her handmaid in the role of proxy by which to bear children, viewing the child of the handmaid as if she herself had borne him,

(4) the sons of Jacob are accorded equal status, irrespective of whether the mother is a wife or handmaiden,

it should be apparent that the handmaids of Rachael and Leah were of the Adamic Race.

= The sons of Leah are Reuben, the firstborn of Jacob, and Simeon and Levi and Judah and Issachar and Zebulun.

= The sons of Rachel are Joseph and Benjamin.

= The sons of Bilhah, the handmaid of Rachael, are Dan and Naphtali.

= The sons of Zilpah, the handmaid of Leah, are Gad and Asher.

= Joseph had two sons, Manasseh, the firstborn, and Ephraim.

= Jacob placed the sons of Joseph, Ephraim and Manasseh, on the same footing regarding inheritance as that of his other eleven sons.

= Each of the sons of Jacob gave rise to a tribe of descendants, except for Joseph, who, through his two sons, gave rise to two tribes.

= Thus, there is no tribe of Joseph; instead, there is the tribe of Ephraim and the tribe of Manasseh. Accordingly, the nation of Israel was comprised of thirteen tribes, and not twelve.

= Most of the Scripture has in view a pair of covenants, the Old and the New.

= Both the Old Covenant and the New are covenants of marriage.

= The Old Covenant embraces both the Justified and the Unjustified of the physical line Abraham-Isaac-Jacob, uniting them in marriage with the pre-incarnate Son of God.

= The New Covenant embraces only the Justified of the physical line Abraham-Isaac-Jacob, uniting them in marriage with the resurrected Christ Jesus.

= The Old Covenant made of the Children of Israel a physical nation, so that the marriage is to the nation as a whole, as opposed to a separate marriage to each of the thirteen tribes.

= The nation of Israel was a Kingdom.

= Originally, the Lord God was both the Husband of Israel and her King; but the people soon rejected the Lord as King and demanded of the Lord an visible, earthly King.

= Immediately following the reign of Solomon, the Kingdom of Israel was divided into the Northern Kingdom, which was comprised of ten tribes, and the Southern Kingdom, which was comprised of three tribes.

= The tribes of the Southern Kingdom were Judah, Benjamin, and Levi.

= The Levites, having received no allocation within the Land of Promise, originally were scattered among the other tribes. Upon division of the Kingdom, most of the Levites migrated from the Northern Kingdom and took up residence within the Southern Kingdom.

= The division, which arose over oppressive taxation imposed by the King, was attended by animosity between the two Kingdoms.

= The marriage relationship of the Old Covenant remained intact, despite the division. Moreover, the relationship with each kingdom was independent of the relationship with the other kingdom. Accordingly, the Scriptural portrayal of the relationship becomes that of a man married to two sisters.

= The Northern Kingdom, consisting of roughly three-quarters of the populace of the nation, was called by the name Israel, and by the name of the capital city, Samaria.

= The principal tribe of the Southern Kingdom being Judah, the Southern Kingdom was called by the name Judah, and by the name of the capital city, Jerusalem. Eventually, the appellation "Jew" was applied to all members of the Southern Kingdom, whether of Judah, Benjamin, or Levi.

= The husband of the marriage relationship of the Old Covenant being the Lord God, idolatry on the part of the wife constitutes adultery.

= Adultery is a ground for divorcement, but divorce is not mandatory.

= The Northern Kingdom soon engaged in idolatry, whereupon the Lord God, exercising his prerogative, divorced his unfaithful wife.

= The loss of covenantal relationship on the part of the Northern Kingdom only intensified the animosity of the Jew toward the tribes of the Northern Kingdom.

= In consequence of divorcement, the Northern Kingdom lost her identity; no longer was she the "People of God"; no longer was she "Israel."

= Also, in consequence of divorcement, the Northern Kingdom was physically evicted from the Land of Promise, and was scattered. The mechanism of eviction was the Assyrian invasion, circa 721 B.C.

= Through his prophets, the Lord God gave his unfaithful wife warning of the judgment which was about to fall. Perhaps the most obvious and detailed of these prophesies is that of Hosea.

= The prophesies of divorcement, eviction, and scattering of the Northern Kingdom also contain the promise of regathering, restoration to covenantal relationship, and reuniting of the divided Kingdom.

= The prophesies of regathering, restoration to covenantal relationship, and reuniting declare that these phenomena shall take place under the auspices of one king; the king in view is Christ Jesus; the covenant in view is the New Covenant.

= Jesus in his Olivet Discourse mentions this regathering and restoration of the Elect, Matthew 24:31. The regathering began shortly after the resurrection of Jesus, and has been underway now for two millennia.

= In speaking of this great populace comprised of the descendants of the Northern Kingdom, the Scripture uses the nondescript appellations "the peoples," "the tribes," and "the nations."

= The Greek word meaning tribe, people, or nation is ETHNOS, from which the English term "ethnic" is derived by transliteration. The Latin exact equivalent of ETHNOS is GENTILIS, which, translated into English, is "gentile."

= Like the word ETHNOS, the Greek word ELLEN refers to the alienated tribes of the Northern Kingdom of Israel. In consequence of the conquests of Alexander the Great, the Koine dialect of Greek became the lingua franca of the Ancient World. Thus, Koine became the native language of much of the scattered populace of the Northern Kingdom. Accordingly, when referring to his alienated kinsmen, the Jew, arrogantly refusing to recognize them fellow Israelites, contemptuously used the terms ETHNOS and ELLEN.

= Whether by blunder or, more probably, by malice, English translators of the Scripture traditionally have refused to translate ETHNOS, or even to transliterate ETHNOS; instead, translators generally have represented ETHNOS with a transliteration of GENTILIS. It hardly could be more obvious that the goal of the translators is obfuscation.

= The marriage relationship of the Southern Kingdom remained intact, despite the Incarnation; thus, the Incarnate Christ Jesus was the husband of the physical nation which, at the time of the Incarnation, consisted of but a remnant of the Southern Kingdom.

= Any marriage relationship is dissolved by the death of either husband or wife.

= The marriage relationship of the Old Covenant was dissolved by the death of Christ Jesus, the Husband of Israel. Contrary to the claims of the contemporary Protestant Pulpit (which generally follows the fantastic Dispensational scheme of interpretation devised by Scofield), the dissolution is permanent and irreversible; there shall be no yet-future revival of the physical nation under the Old Covenant for a "Great Tribulation."

= While the Northern Kingdom (the "Gentile") lost her covenantal relationship through divorce, the Southern Kingdom (the "Jew") lost her covenantal relationship through death of the husband. Having lost his privileged status of covenantal relationship with the Lord God, the Jew no longer can look down his nose at the Gentile and sneer, for, in the present age of the New Covenant, the Jew and the Gentile are on the same footing, neither enjoying covenantal relationship under the Old Covenant.

In Romans 10:12 and numerous other passages, the author has in view the prophesied reuniting of the divided nation. Contrary to the teaching of the contemporary Protestant Pulpit, the distinction which is absent within the Body of Christ is not a distinction between the Jew and the rest of humanity; rather, it is a distinction between the tribes of the former Southern Kingdom and the tribes of the former Northern Kingdom. The distinction which is in view is that of covenantal relationship under the Old Covenant. The distinction was created by divorce of the Northern Kingdom, while the Southern Kingdom remained in covenantal relationship. But the moment Christ Jesus died, the distinction ceased, because the Old Covenant ceased. It is in the Church, in the present era of the Reign of the Christ, that the prophecies of the reunification of Israel are fulfilled.

A number of passages speak of the cornerstone -- the stone which is the "head of the corner." The cornerstone unites two walls of a structure; see Isaiah 28:16, Matthew 21:42, Mark 12:10, Luke 20:17, Acts 4:11, I Peter 2:7. Christ Jesus is the Cornerstone; in him are united the wall which is the Southern Kingdom and the wall which is the Northern Kingdom.

In his epistle to the Ephesians, Paul speaks of the "middle wall of partition" which Jesus has broken down; in this analogy, the wall portrays the animosity which separates the descendants of the two Kingdoms.

Answered: Is catholicism wrong?

The Papal system has several appellations, among them the Papacy, the Church of Rome, the Roman Catholic Church, and Roman Catholicism, the term "catholic" meaning universal. The wickedness and blasphemy of the Papal system is without parallel. Fundamentally, the Papal system is a counterfeit of the true Church. The purpose of the Papal system is subversion of the Christian Faith.

I. A COUNTERFEIT WITH A SHAMEFUL HERITAGE PASSED TO ITS PROGENY

Stupidly proud of the shameful labels "Protestant" and "Judeo-Christian," Protestants generally are ignorant of the debauched pedigree of Papistry and are ignorant of the degree to which the Protestant Faith shares that pedigree.

The Papal system was forged during the Apostolic era by the Talmudic Jew, who always has been and always shall be the great enemy of Christ Jesus, of the Church, and of the Christian Faith. Properly understood, the prefix "Judeo" means "Talmudic." Talmudic Judaism is a gross and hideous perversion of the Faith of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob. There is nothing "Judeo" about the Christian Faith. Indeed, the Christian Faith and the Faith of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob are one and the same.

It is vital to apprehend the fact that the Protestant Faith is not the Christian Faith. Even as Papistry is an offshoot of Talmudic Judaism, so also Protestantism is an offshoot of Papistry; all three are forgeries which share essential doctrine. The Anglican Church (the Church of England, Anglican meaning English) is nothing other than the twin sister of Church of Rome, with the King of England in the role corresponding to that of the Pope.

In his wisdom, the Lord God allowed the Talmudic Jew to devise and implement the Papal system. The intent of the Jew in creating the system was to subvert the Christian Faith; but the Lord utilizes Papistry as an instrument of judgment upon those who reject the Gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven.

II. THE MAN OF SIN, THE MYSTERY OF INIQUITY, & STRONG DELUSION

In his second epistle to the Thessalonians, the Apostle Paul speaks of the "Man of Sin" and the "Mystery of Iniquity," saying that the Mystery of Iniquity already is operating. Paul speaks also of a restraint upon the Mystery of Iniquity, adding that the identity of the restraint is known to the Thessalonians, and saying that the restraint eventually is to be removed. Finally, Paul says that, to those who receive not the love of the truth, the Lord God sends strong delusion, so that they believe the lie and are damned. The truth to which Paul refers is the Gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven.

While contemporary commentators generally interpret the Scripture according to the fantastic Dispensational scheme of Scofield, devout and competent commentators of previous generations, lacking the guidance of Scofield and his Reference Bible, commonly construed the Man of Sin as the Pope and the Mystery of Iniquity as the Church of Rome.

The aptness of the term "iniquity" in the appellation "Mystery of Iniquity" is apparent from secular history, which records the merciless persecution of the true Church by the Papacy. A great number of Christians have been tortured and murdered by the Church of Rome; not a few of them have been burned alive at the stake, some receiving the "mercy" of being strangled to death before the fire was ignited. John Foxe, in his "Book of Martyrs," documents many instances of torture and murder of the Christian at the hand of the Papist. The barbaric cruelty of the Papal institution is part of its Talmudic heritage.

III. THE FALSE APOSTLE JAMES OF JERUSALEM

A careful reading of the epistles of Paul and of the Book of Acts reveals that the leader, James, of the Christian assembly at Jerusalem is a false Apostle who constantly is working to subvert the Christian Faith. Commentators commonly refer to this James as "James of Jerusalem"; he obviously is James, the half-brother of Christ Jesus, Matthew 13:55. When James is seen in the Scripture, his behaviour is that which one might expect of a prototype of the Pope.

James of Jerusalem maintained in Jerusalem a pack of zealot Talmudic thugs; with these, James successfully intimidated Peter and the other Apostles, with the exception of Paul. Paul alone withstood James, doing so at a terrible price. The teaching of Scofield and the teaching of the contemporary Protestant Pulpit notwithstanding, it is evident that Paul himself is the restraint which he mentions in his letter to the Thessalonians; not until Paul was taken away by death was the Papal system able to blossom and become dominant.

The role of Paul as the restrainer being obvious, James repeatedly dispatched thugs to assault Paul. Clearly, James is the "messenger of the Adversary" who Paul terms a "thorn in the flesh." On one occasion, the thugs of James battered Paul so severely as to dislodge the eyeballs of Paul from their sockets; it appears that the attackers left off beating Paul only because their victim appeared to be dead; consider Galatians 4:13-15. In all probability, this attempt of James and company to murder Paul is the occasion of the vision of which Paul speaks in II Corinthians chapter 12. Paul indeed may have died in that beating, being revived directly by Lord Jesus; he himself is not sure whether he was dead or unconscious when he experienced the vision, II Corinthians 12:2.

IV. A DRAMATIC CHANGE OF SCENE

It is the structure of the Papal system, rather than its error, which makes it so deadly. In the Papal system, an earthly authority is dominant over local assemblies. Such an architecture militates against the correction of error. By the design of the Lord Christ, each local assembly of his Church is to be independent, governed by a Shepherd who answers directly and exclusively to the Lord.

The fact that the Papal system, though in a primitive state, was operational before the end of in the Apostolic era is seen in the activity and behaviour of James of Jerusalem. In particular, in a formal meeting in which Apostles including Paul were present, James had the presumption not only to chair the meeting, but also, at the conclusion of the meeting, to direct that a dictum be issued in the name of the assembly to the local assemblies, Acts 15:13-31. Commentators of previous generations have expressed their astonishment at the brazen usurpation of authority by James, who dared dictate to the very Apostles. The fact that Paul did not then and there denounce James and pronounce a curse upon the usurper is explained by the revelation which Paul received from the Lord regarding the Mystery of Iniquity and the Man of Sin; Paul understood that the will of the Lord Jesus was to permit the treachery of James against the Church. Nonetheless, Paul understood that it also was the will of the Lord that he, Paul, continue to resist and expose the machinations of James.

Following the death of Paul, the Papal system rapidly grew in scope and strength, soon resulting in a dramatic transformation in the visible Church. One historian likens the transition to the change of scene in a theatrical production. The curtain of history falls upon a Church comprised of independent local assemblies, each under the care of a Shepherd who answers only to the Great Shepherd, Christ Jesus. When the curtain of history is raised a century later, the visible Church is a hierarchical structure in which the Shepherds of several local assemblies are under the authority of an overseer, and several overseers are under the authority of a superior, and so forth. Eventually the edifice was crowned with the office of Pope.

At that point, the true Church still is in existence, is invisible to historians, for it has been driven underground, out of sight, for the counterfeit is bent upon annihilation of the genuine. One sign of the true Church is that, in describing itself, it stops with the appellation "Christian"; any qualifier beyond the designation "Christian" is an indication that something is amiss. Even as in Christ there is neither Jew nor Gentile, so also in Christ there is neither Baptist nor Presbyterian; Christ is not divided, I Corinthians 1:13.

V. THE PROTESTANT REFORMATION -- A FOOL'S ERRAND

Protestant teachers assert that, over a span of roughly fourteen centuries, the Church fell into error, and remained in error until the flames of the Protestant Reformation were kindled by Martin Luther. But such an assertion accords legitimacy to the Papal institution. Curiously, the same teachers, looking at the current error within Protestantism, argue that the Reformation is incomplete, and should be re-kindled.

But such assertions regarding centuries of error are blasphemous; the Lord Jesus does not abandon his sheep, allowing generation after generation to stumble blindly in error. The simple fact of the matter is that the Papal institution is illegitimate and never was in possession of the truth. Moreover, that which is illegitimate (which is to say, that which is not of the Lord), the Lord is not going to "reform." The sheep which are mired in the false doctrines of Papistry have not been abandoned by Jesus, for they are not his sheep, nor is the Lord God their father; they are of the same category as the Talmudic Jews who opposed the incarnate Christ Jesus; consider John chapter 8.

The Protestant Reformers were not successful in reforming the great whore of Papistry, for they set out on a Fool's Errand. In the first place, the Lord God does not reform false religions; rather, the Lord commands his people to come out and be separate, after which he destroys that which is false. In the second place, the Scripture plainly declares that the destiny of the whore is destruction, which shall take place at the coming of Jesus to resurrect the Justified. The Reformers should have separated themselves from the Papal institution and sought out assemblies of the true Church; instead, the Reformers stupidly served in the role of midwife, assisting the whore in giving birth to a number of daughters, namely, the Protestant denominations of the present day.

And though the Protestant does not directly venerate the Pope as the vicar of Christ, yet he does give such veneration indirectly:

(1) Abnegating his responsibility to ascertain for himself the canonicity of documents which purport to be Scripture, the Protestant places his trust in the pronouncements of the so-called "Church Councils." Because of this combination of nonfeasance and misplaced trust, the Protestants generally venerate as canonical several books which have no rightful place in the Canon of Scripture. The books are the Book of Esther, the Book of James, the Book of Revelation, the Book of Jude, and the Second Book of Peter. The Protestant Faith rests to a large degree on the false teaching of these spurious books.

(2) Papistry holds to many fantastic and absurd concepts which ultimately have their origin in Talmudic Judaism. Rather than diligently searching the Scripture in order to challenge and demolish those false concepts, the Protestant has embraced them and has founded his Faith upon them. Thus it is that concepts such as fallen angels, the immortal Soul, everlasting torture in Hell, and conscious existence after death, apart from the Resurrection are fundamental to the Protestant Faith.

Answered: What does the Bible mean in 1john And 1peter that Christian don’t sin?

In 1 John 3:9, it says that whosoever is born of God does not commit sin because his seed abides in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

This is not telling us that we will never sin or cannot commit acts of sin.

Studying the NT scripture from the original language, I come to understand that this is telling me that I can no longer live a lifestyle of sin because I now have God’s Spirit living inside of me preventing that from happening.

In the Greek text, where it tells us that the believer does not commit sin or does not sin, it denotes a continuous action.

As believers, we still commit acts of sin. However, we no longer live a lifestyle of sin as we did prior to receiving Christ because He has given us His Spirit and it is His Spirit that dwells in us that keeps us from sinning (Continuously).

The word abide in this verse means to remain, to abide, or to stay. It is the word Meno in Greek and it denotes permanency.

God’s Spirit is permanently abiding in us and He keeps us from sinning (continuously sinning).

I hope this helps

Answered: What's your favorite verse in the bible?

Interesting question that leads me to a pressing issue that the God of our creation and the Lord of our salvation has been laying on me for some time now.

That being that man, today thinks that the word of God is made up of a bunch of numbered "versus." It is not. It is instead letters, instruction, parables, etcetera and should be looked at in that manner alone. Scripture quoted without context leads to many errors in teaching and understanding. It was put into a chapter and verse number form to make it easier for us who do not memorize or study it enough to really know it, so the teacher/preacher/pastor/etc can say "turn with me to..." and we can find of what he will tell us about easily. In a few places, chapter breaks are poorly placed and as a result divide content that should flow together. Overall, though, the chapter and verse divisions are very helpful.

This "dividing up" was first done about 1227 AD by Stephen Langton, an Archbishop of Canterbury. The Wycliffe English Bible of 1382 was the first Bible to use this chapter pattern, to the best of my limited knowledge. Since the Wycliffe Bible, nearly all Bible translations have followed Langton's chapter divisions. The Hebrew Old Testament was divided into verses by a Jewish rabbi by the name of Nathan in A.D. 1448. Robert Estienne, who was also known as Stephanus, was the first to divide the New Testament into standard numbered verses, in 1555. Stephanus essentially used Nathan's verse divisions for the Old Testament. Since that time, beginning with the Geneva Bible, the chapter and verse divisions employed by Stephanus have been accepted into nearly all the Bible versions.

I wish all could have a translation without these divisions to read alongside the ones with Chapter/Verse. These are called SMOOTH READING FORMAT and the link provided will allow you to downlaod it to your PC/Phone? or similar device if you choose: http://raylcross.net/flatBible/

I know what many will say when they read this answer, "Leave it to a preacher to ramble on about something and never quite get to the point," so for those, here is my favorite verse(s) in scripture (2 actually that say the same thing as the NT writer quotes from the Scroll writer of OT times indirectly) (for today, and at this moment any way Here they are):

Psalm 37:4, 5 Delight thyself also in the LORD: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

Proverbs 3:5, 6 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

May God bless this effort, Pastor Bill

Answered: godliness great is the mystery of godliness ,God was manifested in the flesh 1 Timothy 3:16

The style of written Greek has changed over the centuries. Some old Greek letters differ greatly in appearance from the corresponding modern letters. Moreover, Greek originally did not have upper and lower case characters. Also, Greek originally was written without spaces between words.

The original Greek manuscripts of Scripture, which are termed "autographs," no longer are extant; but we have copies of complete manuscripts and fragments of manuscripts which were made as early as the Third Century of the present Christian Era.

In some instances, a copyist making a copy of an old manuscript would transcribe the manuscript into a newer style of Greek letters, rather than reproducing the manuscript in the old style letters, much as someone using a typewriter would transcribe a very old handwritten document.

And in copying, he might render with upper and lower case letters a manuscript written in a single case. Moreover, he might add spaces between the words of a manuscript written without spaces. In doing this, the copyist would use his judgment as to which words to capitalize and how to parse a sentence into words.

Eventually, a translator creates an English rendition of a Greek manuscript. The translator typically uses his judgment as to whether a given word should be capitalized. For example, he may write "Scripture" instead of "scripture" or "Lord" instead of "lord".

However, some capitalization is a matter of standard English practice or a matter of standard publishing practice. Thus, descriptive terms such as "godly" and "godliness" should not be capitalized.

Also, publishers of English Bibles have developed various systems regarding the names of God which appear in the Masoretic Hebrew Text, in an attempt to communicate to the reader the corresponding Masoretic Hebrew term. In such systems terms such as "Lord" and "LORD" represent different Masoretic Hebrew words.

The reader of a translation needs to recognize the fact that, even with the Scripture, copies and translations are subject to error. Ultimately, the factor which provides the correct understanding of a passage is the indwelling Spirit of God in the Christian reader.

The term "Eternal Life" is a misnomer, for the adjective "eternal" implies life which is inherent, having neither inception nor termination. With respect to mankind, a proper designation is "Life Everlasting." Moreover, it is fitting to capitalize the term "Life Everlasting," for, being much more than mere animation, Life Everlasting is a privileged status which is imparted through the Resurrection Out From the Dead. In other words, Life Everlasting is a sphere of existence into which one enters by means of the Resurrection. Specifically, Life Everlasting is the sphere of existence of those who, by the Resurrection, are born into the family of God as Sons.

To clarify: Note that, though an Angel cannot die, the life of an angelic creature is imparted at the time the angel is created; no Angel possesses "Life Everlasting." And it hardly needs to be pointed out that the Protestant concepts of the Immortal Soul and Everlasting Torture in Hell are fallacious; man is a chemical organism which at birth is animated by a divinely-imparted Spirit of Life. Animation continues until the point at which the animating spirit returns to the Lord God; thereupon, the life of the creature ceases. Only through the Resurrection may man enjoy existence beyond the Grave.

Answered: What is the correct translation of H7549? firmament or expanse?

(1) The Ancient Hebrew Text may or may not utilize H7549 in the passage in question.

(2) From all indications, no copy of the Ancient Hebrew Text is extant.

(3) The Masoretic Hebrew Text, being a forgery created in the present Christian era, cannot provide the least insight into the reading of the Ancient Hebrew Text.

(4) The sole authority regarding the reading of the Ancient Hebrew Text is the reading of the Septuagint, for the Septuagint is a translation, the authenticity of which is attested by Christ Jesus and the Apostles by way of extensive citations which agree with the reading of the Septuagint.

(5) The sole authority regarding Masoretic Hebrew and the Masoretic Hebrew Text is the unregenerate Talmudic Jew, whose sole source is rabbinic commentary preserved in the vile Talmud.

(6) Perhaps the most fundamental rule of verbal communication is that the meaning of a word is determined by the context in which the word is used. Accordingly, there can be no meaningful answer to a query regarding the correct translation of a given word unless the query identifies the context which is in view.

(7) With respect to any given word, a lexicon is nothing more than a catalogue of meanings which various speakers and writers have assigned to the word. It is vital to understand that a lexicon is not a catalogue of permissible usages, and it is important to understand that no lexicon can be exhaustive.
